Yachting

There will be in excess of 500 berths in the Marina itself. A dry dock will also be included plus workshop facilities and services will be offered including general boat repairs and maintenance.

For the yachts there will be fresh water and electric power at each berth along with cable television, high-speed internet, telephone and WI-FI access. Other facilities include refuelling, waste water services and waste oil removal. A concrete construction will be used to create secure berthing for larger yachts.

Commercial

A number of top restaurants including fish taverns, modern cuisine, bars and cafes will create a unique blend that will attract local residents as well as tourists. It is also suggested that there are plans for a Casino and 5 Star Hotels. Shops offering a variety of high quality designer brands and goods will also be available.

It is reported that the marina will be operational by the end of 2010. The first residential properties are set to be released early 2009.
