The climate of Palma is significantly better than the UK, with the winter months being equal to our spring with temperatures between 10 and 16 degrees, still beach front stroll weather for sure.
Our three-bedroom detached villa has panoramic views across the Bay of Palma, swimming pool, very generously sized plot and extras such as air conditioning, a cellar and garage.
Combining the perfect balance of modern and traditional this property has enough space and all of the homely amenities you require, but isn’t somewhere you’re going to wander the halls getting lost looking for your bedroom. Being detached it also has a fabulous feeling of privacy, so can be a complete break, when you need to escape the stress of your 9-5.
Upon entering the property on the ground floor, it is completely open plan; therefore the contemporary kitchen, living room and dining room blend into one substantial space. The décor has been kept extremely neutral and minimalist, giving a calm, light and spacious result. The living room has a gorgeous build in fireplace bordered with slate tiles, which only adds to the current design choices. There are doors that also enable you to directly access the pretty patio and pool area, which is barely overlooked due to being situated across two levels, with walls and fences surrounding the properties boundaries.
There is plenty of space on the patio to soak up the sun, dine al fresco and watch the children enjoy some inflatables in the water. Although there may not be grass laid gardens, the outdoor space with this great property are utilized perfectly, as is the interior.
Moving back inside, the three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, as are the two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is an outdoor terrace accessed from the master bedroom, which offers unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Palma Bay and its crystal clear waters. Similarly to the rest of the property the furniture and fixtures and fittings are all solid, very good quality whilst also being chic and thoughtfully designed.
In case you do need somewhere to stash your suitcases or supplies for your stay, there is a cellar as well as a utility room within the property. In addition there is a garage so don’t worry about leaving your pride and joy outside, as it can be safely tucked up overnight. In truth, the fabulous location of this property means you don’t need to use the car for the entire trip if you only want to access the local area. Palma’s shops, bars and restaurants are literally on your doorstep for those spur of the minute shopping trips that turn into dinner and drinks.
