Santa Eulalia is on the east coast of the island and is still the third largest resort yet is more popular with sun worshippers than clubbers. At only 21 kms from the airport this resort really is a fantastic option for investing in luxury property, within close proximity to the UK. The town has earned itself the title of gastronomic and cultural centre so there are plenty of galleries, restaurants shops and of course the exclusive Yacht Marina to enjoy, at a rather slower pace than elsewhere on the island.
Another bonus to this laid back town is it’s popularity all the year round so whether you and your family will be popping over to top up your tans, or using the accommodation as a rental investment the town is busy throughout the year. You are by no means confined to the quieter coast of the island, if you want to explore there are several hire car companies or even, if you feel brave, a scooter and moped hire business within the town that has been established for over 35 years, so you’re in safe hands.
A property we are proud to offer currently is a five-bedroom villa position in an exclusive gated community Roca Llisa that is lucky enough to enjoy panoramic sea views in addition to a luxury finish. The modern interior was reformed in 2013 so really is in turn key condition.
Working from the ground up this property has been designed simply yet considerately to enable scope for whatever use you have planned. The lower level has a guest apartment separate to the rest of the villa with two bedrooms and bathrooms, which is a brilliant space for staff, clients, or your teenage children. All bathrooms within the property have either a double walk in shower or deep bath, in some cases both, so choose your bedroom and bathroom carefully!
On the middle level there is a huge open plan living space with a combined lounge and dining area as well as full fitted contemporary kitchen which all have direct access to the terrace that has an idyllic infinity pool, sitting and dining area as well as essential storage space.
Moving upstairs, there are three large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and access to the front terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather and have some reflection privately.
Although this house is on the very edge of what was a tiny and traditional Spanish island it has been built to enjoy the scenery and views whilst remaining comfortable, clean and modern in its aesthetics. The 245 square meters of terrace and double garage were designed with comfort and luxury in mind, as were the mains electricity and water connection (unusual in this area) and finally a water purification system so no unnecessary trips out to top up on H2O required, just total relaxation is the order of the day.
